  • Paul was amazing and I could not recommend him and his company more. We found growth in our HVAC ducting which led us to contacting him to replace the plenums. As he broke the HVAC system down we found damage to the heat exchanger. What we thought was going to be a simple plenum replacement ultimately turned into the replacement of both entire HVAC systems. Paul was concerned about our comfort in the home since it was winter and worked expeditiously very late at night to ensure we had heat. I haven't seen this hard of a worker in quite some time. While Paul worked as quickly as possible, I also observed he was extremely detail oriented and would check and recheck readings to ensure everything was perfect. Paul also corrected a handful of electrical issues he came across during the replacements. There is no one else I will ever call but Paul for any future electrical or HVAC needs."

  • Paul identified and resolved several issues with my HVAC system. It is a three zone system with dampers, one of which had failed. Though he hoped to replace the server, it was non-standard and he had to cut into the plenum and replace the entire damper unit. Plus the layout of the system was such that access to the area was unusually difficult. He also serviced the outside condenser unit more thoroughly than I have seen over the years. And installed one wi-fi thermostat and moved another. I felt that his charges were very reasonable considering all that was asked of him. I have no hesitation to recommend Paul Bessey for HVAC work.
